loved our stay in hamburg. apartments were exactly as advertised - clean, comfy beds, and quiet despite being in a lively area. staff went above and beyond to help. great location with shops and restaurants nearby. highly recommend for a reasonable price.

We stayed 1 night and had very comfortable time. The location was peaceful and central. Hamburg airport was close the place we stayed, 15 km.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture. The location in the vibrant Shanze area was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops just outside. We loved the cozy balcony where we could relax and enjoy the warm evenings. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience for our family.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the apartment had a children's play area.

We absolutely loved our stay here during Christmas! the apartment was beautifully decorated, with cozy Christmas touches that made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling neighborhood full of shops, cafes, and restaurants. We loved being able to walk out of our apartment and have everything we needed right at our fingertips. Another advantage was the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own Christmas feast and enjoy a cozy dinner in the comfort of our apartment.

That there was no elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage up a couple flights of stairs. It was a bit of a hassle, especially with all the extra Christmas presents we had brought along.

Overall experience was comfortable. Great location really close to s-bahn station and the centre of a lively residential district with shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach, and the room was new-fashioned. Amiable and exceptionally nice staff, I appreciated them🙂😃👌

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making it convenient for preparing meals. I loved that there was a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was great - it had a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, so I didn't have to worry about bringing my own.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the apartment. But hey, some people might actually like it!

Free WiFi, beautiful garden views, and the convenience of a microwave, fridge, and stovetop. Plus, I felt like a VIP with complimentary amenities and the support of a professional host. Absolutely loved it!

Slept too comfortably on the soft bed, needed to switch to Nespresso instead of Freshdrip coffee. Pricey, but totally worth it.

Although the wifi was a bit weak for seamless Zoom calls and the check-in process took longer than expected due to room cleaning, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in a bustling neighborhood. The location was perfect, with a variety of food options, bars, and a fantastic supermarket within a short walk. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a lovely terrace. The shower room was modern and had a great shower. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay there again.
